Prompting Path: A Couch to 5K for AI

Most people we talk to are not short on curiosity about AI. They are short on a sensible place to begin. They have heard it will change how they work, they have poked at ChatGPT once or twice, and then the momentum quietly fizzles out. Not because the tools are too hard, but because nobody handed them a route.

That is the problem Prompting Path was built to solve. Think of it as a couch to 5K, but for AI: small, daily, achievable steps that take you from your first prompt to building your own workflows, without ever needing to write a line of code.

What we kept noticing

We spend a lot of our time helping organisations put AI to work, which means we spend a lot of time looking at how people are being taught it. After enough conversations and a good look across what is on offer, three things kept coming up.

• There is no shortage of AI training, but a lot of it is priced like a luxury item.
• Most of it misses the middle. It is either so basic it is patronising, or it drops you straight into the deep end and leaves you confused.
• The hardest part is rarely the learning itself. It is knowing where to start.

Any one of those on its own is a nuisance. Together they leave a lot of capable people stuck on the sofa, so to speak: wanting to begin, and not quite able to.

What Prompting Path Is

So we built the thing we wished existed. Friendly, self-paced, and genuinely accessible. Ten minutes a day for thirty days, where each day is a short lesson followed by a small, real task you actually do, not just read about.

It is tool-agnostic, so it works whether you are on Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot. Week by week it builds from prompting foundations, to context and judgment, to choosing the right tool, to building your first reusable workflow. By the end you have made something that saves you time every week.

Free where it matters, fair everywhere else

The first two weeks are free, and they always will be. No card details, just an email address. For a lot of people, that fortnight alone is enough to get genuinely comfortable with AI.

If you want to go further, the advanced track is a single one-off payment. No subscription, nothing recurring, and future updates are included and refreshed quarterly as the tools move on. In a market full of monthly fees, we think that is honest value.
