About
Built on the belief that human-led AI can be transformative.
The story
Futureformed was founded on a straightforward observation: most organisations know AI matters, but many struggle to adopt it well.
This is understandable — technology moves fast, making it harder to align business challenges, people, process and AI. That gap is where opportunities are lost.
The practice was founded to close that gap. Bring together strategy, a delivery mindset, and the deep human understanding of change. Recommendations are built with people & process first and then AI if a path to growth, new markets of staff opportunity presents itself. Not AI for AI's sake.
"The future will be formed by an alliance of human and technology."
Our name captures our conviction: the organisations that thrive won’t be those that replace human work with AI — they’ll be those that augment it.

AI that’s built to be trusted
Responsible AI isn’t a compliance checkbox — it’s a foundational commitment to how technology should be designed and deployed.
Getting it wrong can erode customer trust, risk IP losses, impact the environment negatively, or cause real harm to the people the technology was supposed to help. Evidence shows that businesses which adopt human-centred approaches protect their reputation, accelerate adoption, and convert ethical ideas into better returns.
Every engagement we undertake is built around this. Clear accountability for outcomes, human oversight with decision authority, and transparency about what tools are being used and why.
It also means thinking about environmental impact, data governance, & ongoing monitoring. Responsible AI is as much about how an organisation behaves as it is about the systems it builds.
“A Responsible AI system is one designed and operated to be fair, compliant, accountable, and to minimise disproportionate harms to society and the planet.”

Founder & Principal Advisor
Liam is a business change, project management and AI transformation advisor based in London. He has spent his career in financial services, creative arts, sustainability and music leading complex technology and change programmes.
His practice is grounded in the conviction that AI adoption is fundamentally a change management process. Getting the technology right is necessary but not sufficient - you have to bring people with you, and that requires a different kind of expertise.
He works with people right across businesses — not solely leadership teams or IT heads — to build the capability, confidence, and culture that make AI initiatives stick.
If this sounds like the right approach for your organisation, the next step is a conversation.

Principles that guide every engagement
Honesty over hype
We're not 'AI evangelists', and provide honest views on what AI can and cannot do for your business.
People before technology
We design deployments around the people who will use them. Technology serves humans, not the other way around.
Outcomes over outputs
Success isn't a delivered report or a running model. It's a measurable business outcome that outlasts our engagement.
Rigour in everything
From risk registers to stakeholder maps to change plans, we bring the full discipline of programme management to every AI initiative.
Let’s talk
If you’re navigating an AI transformation — or wondering whether you should be — a conversation is the best place to start.
