Half a day to a day. Requirements clarification, suitability check, tool selection rationale, quick risk pass. Built into the engagement price — you’re not paying separately for a strategic diagnostic before a build.
Build
Configuration, integration and delivery against the scoped requirements. Checkpoints along the way. Additional work outside scope is chargeable at day rate, agreed before it happens.
Handover
Documented, demonstrated and tested. A short post-launch check-in is included. Extended support is available at a discounted rate where you want it.

Each engagement is quoted as a single number that wraps requirements clarification, scoping and delivery. No separate strategic diagnostic to clear first. No surprises.
Engagement cost depends on scope and complexity, however, the emphasis is on affordability, transparency and tangible outcomes. If a project is either better served by our structured advisory or a training workshop (Learn), we’ll be honest about that from the outset.
If you need full-stack production software — bespoke applications, deep custom development, large engineering builds — we partner with experienced AI-forward talent to deliver this if required. This is agreed in advance, and the same commitment to delivery and quality remain. Pricing is transparent and handover and support needs will be discussed fully with you.
